Methods:The study employed the Adherence to Refills and Medications Scale to assess medication adherence and the Assessment of Quality of Life 4-Dimensions to evaluate patients' quality of life. The study was conducted with 72 patients with TB at 15 primary healthcare centers in Surabaya. Results: Most respondents demonstrated good medication adherence, with a relatively good overall quality of life. However, the mental health aspect of the quality of life was lower than that of other dimensions. The correlation analysis revealed a positive relationship between medication adherence and quality of life among patients with TB (r=0.215;p<0.05). Conclusion:Higher medication adherence was associated with a better quality of life among patients with TB at a primary healthcare center in Surabaya.
