Abstract

Drug-resistant strains of tuberculosis, such as MDR-TB (multidrug resistant tuberculosis) and XDR-TB (extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis), are a major cause of worry since they continue to be a top cause of death globally despite significant advancements in prevention and treatment. In this paper, we include MDR-TB to the basic S E I L R<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">ES</inf> and R, epidemiological model of tuberculosis. In order to do that, we considered susceptible, exposed, latently infected, infected, Resistant to the first line of treatment and recovered class. We apply the next generation technique To determine the basic reproduction number. We demonstrate the DFE and the EE are both locally and globally asymptotically stable. We found out non-negative and bounded solution.
