This study reported that there wew seventheen in studies countries, none in Indonesia. This study come to end that a regiment therapy with a combination of Rifapentine (P) and Isoniazid (H) once-weekly dose (called 3HP) for three months shows a good efficacy in LTBI patients, can improve patient adherence because of a shorter regiment administration and reduce the hepatotoxicity risk in patients with a history of chronic liver disease or increased aspartate transaminase (AST) level.
