Abstract

Objective To explore the value of 2HRZSL/6HRL in the treatment of patients with recurrent smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 120 patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis treated at our hospital from April, 2017 to December, 2018 were selected, and divided into an observation group (n=60) and a control group according to the random control principle. The observation group received the chemotherapy regimen containing levofloxacin (2HRZSL/6HRL), and the control group the routine chemotherapy regimen of 3HRZE/6HRE. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The focal absorption rate, the cavity closure rate, the sputum negative conversion rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group (95.0% vs. 76.7%, 85.0% vs. 51.7%, and 86.7% vs. 68.3%; all P 0.05). Conclusion 2HRZSL/6HRL regimen for patients with recurrent smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis is effective and has few adverse reactions, so it is worthy of promotion. Key words: 2HRZSL/6HRL; Levofloxacin; Recurrent smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis
