Abstract
Ama: Mycobacterium tuberculosis, son on ylda kanserden sonra en lmcl hastalk olan tberklozun etkenidir. oklu ila ve ilaca direnli sularn geliimi, tberkloz problemini daha da kritik klmaktadr. Son 40 ylda, tedavi rejimine sadece bir molekl eklenmitir. Genel olarak ila tasarm ve gelitirme programlar, bakteri hcresi fonksiyonunda nemi olduu bilinen proteinleri hedeflemektedir. M. tuberculosis, SecA2 ve ESX gibi zel protein ihracat sistemlerine sahiptir
