Abstract
The WHO Regional Office for Europe is supporting six Eastern Partnership countries to document their preparedness to transition from donor to domestically funded antituberculosis (anti-TB) activities. As part of this work, two consultants travelled to Georgia for WHO’s first in-country discussions for this project on 19–20 June 2017. The discussions focused on successes and challenges related to sustainability; triggers and enablers for transition; gaps in transition-related financial, human resource and programmatic data; and the country’s existing transition and sustainability plan (TSP).
