Pediatric extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB) remains under-recognized due to biological, diagnostic, and systemic barriers. This Perspective outlines pragmatic, multilevel strategies-spanning frontline clinics to national systems-to strengthen diagnosis, reporting, and visibility of pediatric EPTB across diverse health settings.
