The Diagnostic Value of Metagenomic Next- and Third-Generation Sequencing on Cervical Lymph Node Tuberculosis.

Abstract
During December 2022 to November 2023, this study recruited 101 patients with suspected cervical lymph node tuberculosis and took samples under ultrasound guidance. Clinically, 76 cases were diagnosed as lymph node tuberculosis and 20 cases were non-lymph node tuberculosis. The detection results of culture, X-pert, mNGS, and mTGS were compared. Taking clinical diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnostic performance of the four methods was analyzed.
