Abstract
Primary sinonasal tuberculosis is very rare disease. It has to be evoked in case of a chronic rhinitis resisting to habitual treatment. Diagnosis is based on histopathology and a mycobacteriologic examination of the biopsy specimen. We report a case of primary tuberculosis confined to the unilateral maxillary sinus that was first misdiagnosed as chronic rhinosinusitis.
