Abstract
infection. In this study, we reviewed that the regulatory roles of PD-1/PD-L1, PD-L2 signaling in the host adaptive immune response, such as the innate response of macrophages, and the interaction between T cells and macrophages in response to MTB. In addition, during MTB infection, PD-1/PD-L1, PD-L2 signaling is also involved in the host inflammatory response, as well as the potential roles of PD-1/PD-L1, PD-L2 in the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
