Discovery of Novel Substituted N-Methylpyrazole Scaffolds as MmpL3 Inhibitors

A series of novel pyrazole-based MmpL3 inhibitor were designed and synthesized. The new compounds were studied by spectral method, computational studies and in vitro assay for biological activity were performed. Results of above findings revealed that some of the prepared compounds can be further developed as novel antimycobacterial agents.
