Abstract
In the clinical practice of a general practitioner, there are many difficulties in diagnosing certain nosological forms, even despite various diagnostic studies. This is often due to the fact that the methods used, especially ultrasound, as well as the results of many biochemical studies, in most cases make it possible to suspect a pathology or identify its indirect signs while methods of accurate diagnostics, such as laparoscopy, biopsy, targeted biopsy, computed tomography, and colonoscopy, are rarely used. The clinical case presented below is one of the confirmations of the above.
