HIV is an infection of great relevance worldwide, since it has a close relationship with opportunistic infections, in which tuberculosis (Tb) stands out, being more frequent in its extrapulmonary forms. A case report is made ofa31-year-old patient with an acute abdomen with a recent HIV diagnosis
