Abstract
Renal transplant recipients are susceptible to a variety of infections with both common and opportunistic pathogens as a result of immunosuppressive therapy These infections cause significant morbidity and mortality. Among them tuberculosis is a common infection in transplant patients In renal allograft recipient extra-pulmonary tuberculosis is more common.
