Evaluation of the effectiveness of therapeutic and preventive and counter-epidemic measures in the foci of tuberculosis infection in Khabarovsk from 2011 to 2020

The article analyzes the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in Khabarovsk. In recent years (2011-2020), the incidence and infection rates of the city's residents remain at a high level. A reliable correlation between the dynamics of the incidence of tuberculosis in the population of Khabarovsk with a similar pathology in the Khabarovsk Krai, the Russian Federation and the Far Eastern Federal District was established. To assess the epidemiological situation in tuberculosis, certain indicators were ranked among four subjects. In order to improve the tuberculosis situation under study in the presented subjects, it is necessary to introduce constant monitoring of the state of TB care, an assessment of the epidemic situation in tuberculosis.
