Now-a-days, whole pharmaceutical industry is faced with the issue of improving competence and modernization. The biggest challenges are the increasing expense of research and development. Quinoxaline is a heterocycle and termed as benzopyrazine because possessing benzene and pyrazine ring in conjunction in order to find novel antimicrobial drugs, 26 novel quinoxaline-1,4-di-N-oxides having a thiazolidinone moiety were developed and synthesised, and their antimycobacterial properties were evaluated.
