Abstract
Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) is responsible pathogen for causing Tuberculosis (TB) infection. TB is a serious infectious disease globally and major cause of death, then other diseases. Recent WHO (World Health Organization) report estimated that approx. 10 million people became infected with TB [1].
