Abstract
<b>Fluoroquinolones at currently prescribed standard dose are suboptimal for treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. The dose should be increased with therapeutic drug monitoring to determine the drug exposure and to prevent adverse events.</b>https://bit.ly/3nMip2Z
