After complete examination, the case was diagnosed as mixed infection of Cryptococcus neoformans and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. After antiinfection and comprehensive symptomatic treatment, the condition of the case was relieved and the prognosis was relatively well. Conclusions For patients with AIDS combined with cryptococcal meningitis and tuberculous meningitis, timely diagnosis, combined treatment with anti-cryptococcus and anti-tuberculosis and initiation of antiretroviral therapy at the right moment are expected to improve the prognosis.
