Abstract

The inorganic gases, volatile organic compounds, and non-volatile organic compounds are currently applied to the diagnosis and metabolic disease detection of respiratory components.This review mainly for breath to infectious diseases, and one of the most important one is volatile organic compounds.This review expounds the breath analysis in the application of mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, exhale detection of volatile organic compounds in Pseudomonas Aeruginosa infection and its application in Aspergillus infection.
