A Case Report on Tuberculous Meningitis

Abstract

Chronic and leads to increase pressure within the skull which results in severe nerve and brain tissue damage. In this case, the patient is having Tuberculous Meningitis along with coexisting illness such as Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism, Chronic Kidney disease and Pott's Spine. Appropriate treatment was provided to the patient.
