Abstract
The Health System Strengthening Quick Scan is a tool for identifying and addressing health systembarriers to tuberculosis (TB) prevention, care and control. It provides managers of national TB controlprogrammes tools to assess the performance of the general health system in providing essential functionsof the TB control programme. The Health System Strengthening Quick Scan was developed under thepartnership between WHO and the Netherlands by the KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation. The Health SystemStrengthening Quick Scan is based on the WHO Stop TB policy paper: contributing to health systemstrengthening: guiding principles for national tuberculosis programmes
